About the Lodge...
After 12 years of operating their own business, Ana and John decided to open the Sandalwood Lodge in 1993. The idea was to offer affordable accommodation to guests who preferred to self-cater, yet also have the option to eat out at nearby restaurants.
The property's popularity led to an extension from 12 rooms to 24 in 1995, which also saw the addition of a pool. Following the political upheaval of 2000, Ana and John decided to continue with the expansion of the Lodge which led to the completion of 10 larger rooms in 2001.
With a team of 20 dedicated staff, 33 rooms, a waiting lounge and reception area, the Sandalwood Lodge is now complete.
